Great for BP before game, I use these for batting practice before our 8U softball games. They're light enough that I don't worry about girls being hit by batted balls and they're heavy enough to pitch reasonably well (unlike wiffle balls).
great practice balls!, I purchased the lite flites for my 8 yr. old son and his team this year. We have used them at almost every practice and even before games. They are a great training tool. I would recommend them to everyone.
